Abstract:
Summary In a lot of organizations and lines of business, efficiency and productivity not only depend upon well-structured processes and the best possible IT-support, but increasingly rely upon optimizing the communication between participating teams and groups. This article highlights the way in which these organizational interrelations may be analyzed and visualized in order to increase organizational performance.
