Abstract: Abstract For the past 15 years, outsourcing applications to developing countries has been a major industry trend in the USA and Western Europe. Today, it is obvious to most companies and observers that outsourcing is here to stay. In the 1990s, TCS, Infosys, Wipro and the likes expanded rapidly to make India the world leader of IT offshoring.
