Abstract: Abstract This has been quite a journey. It’s like a whirlwind tour through the BRICs with some of the leading service company chief executives from those four nations. In summary, what can be concluded from the contributions of the authors contained in this volume? I’d like to briefly take a moment to examine some of the key points raised by these essays, quoting a point of interest raised by each author.
