Abstract:
Abstract A successful implementation of the selected APS is the obvious goal of any organization that has decided to go for a supply chain project. The first section of this chapter details an approach to ensure the success of supply chain initiatives based on the experience of several realized projects. In the second section, an APS implementation project will be considered from a modelling point of view.
