Abstract: Abstract There are a several issues I would like to cover: the European policy agenda; the relation between subsidiarity and the political economy of reforms; and the question whether subsidiarity can contribute to public support for Europe. But first, I would like to take a brief step back and emphasize the dynamic aspect of subsidiarity?
