Chapter CHAPTER VII in Measure and Integration, 1997, pp 201-229 from Springer

Abstract: The present chapter develops the product formation for contents and measures in the spirit of chapter II. We also use the extended integration procedures of chapter IV. These means will be adequate for a comprehensive treatment. The central part is the second section which in particular contains the Radon product measure of Radon measures. We restrict ourselves to the case of two factors.
