Chapter 3 in Enterprise Knowledge Infrastructures, 2009, pp 1-90 from Springer
Abstract:
Chapter 2 gave an overview of the basic information and communication infrastructure which can be found in many organizations. Advanced services to support knowledge work are installed on the basis of this infrastructure. However, before we can touch specific knowledge services that directly target knowledge work processes, we have to first discuss the fundamental integration issue that is on hand when one implements EKIs.
