Abstract:
Abstract In Chap. 17, Ashish Kumar Pandey and Kuku Sing describe the Wholesome Leadership approach and the Wholesome Leadership Development Process (WLDP) developed by Pragati Leadership Institute. This approach and process is based on an integrative view of leadership. Several leadership development interventions based on this approach and processes have been implemented in many organizations in India and abroad. They present an implementation of their model at SEW-EURODRIVE INDIA.
