Spirituality and Diversity

Jutta König

Chapter Chapter 9 in Spirituality and Business, 2010, pp 101-107 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract In Chap. 9, Jutta König deals with the question of how to “facilitate” managers’ fundamental shift in values to a greater worldview and how “to arrange conditions which foster individuals actualizing their own latent creativity.” She explores how spiritual practice and the conscious implementation of diversity in organizations can liberate us from restrictive thoughts, enhance consciousness, and facilitate a paradigm change.
