A chapter in Innovation and International Corporate Growth, 2010, pp 281-297 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Irrespective of the current economic turmoil, growing through innovation will remain at or near the top of most companies’ agendas. In a recent survey among nearly 3,000 executives from around the world, two thirds of the respondents considered innovation one of their three most important strategic priorities and expected rising spending on innovation over the medium term (Andrew, Haanaes, Michael, Sirkin, & Taylor, 2008).
