Chapter Chapter 7 in Lean Innovation, 2011, pp 129-158 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract Until now, we have limited ourselves to the structures and processes around innovation work. In this chapter, we will take a closer look at projects, which is where knowledge is really transformed into value. They represent a melting pot of needs, ideas, possible solutions, prototypes, competencies, collaboration etc.
