Abstract:
Abstract Chapter 2 emphasized the key role played by SMEs in the EU. It also explained why they have difficulties in handling knowledge. After that, Chap. 3 introduced the different types of knowledge, followed by a presentation of the theoretical approaches to managing knowledge.
