Chapter 13 in Process-based Strategic Planning, 2011, pp 189-216 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract The development of corporate strategy constitutes the third step in the process of strategic planning. Producing and evaluating corporate strategy options is a complex undertaking - which is divided into a number of sub-steps. Figure 13.1 gives an overview of the process we recommend. In line with the nature of heuristic methods, certain loops are built into the process.
