Abstract:
Abstract The goal of this book has been to provide a process-based approach for the development of strategies. The book began by introducing strategic planning in Part I, and then Part II presented our strategic planning process, consisting of one preliminary step and seven main steps. Parts III to VI then dealt in detail with the complexities of each of these steps.
