Chapter Chapter 1 in Sustainable Management, 2011, pp 3-25 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract One glance at literature and press reveals that society has started an intensive and confusing discussion on the issue of sustainability. As an introduction to the topic this chapter offers a short overview of this discussion. The aim of this chapter is to reveal that by equalizing justice and sustainability the character of sustainability is not fully described. Moreover, it is fairly difficult to connect the discussion on justice with economic decision-making.
