Chapter Chapter 9 in Sustainable Management, 2011, pp 191-204 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract The rationality of sustainability gains even more persuasive power in the course of a connection of management studies and health psychology. If sustainability indicates a logical treatment of resources, then the findings of health psychology should lead to similar design recommendations as the findings of management studies for an institutional resource management do via an individual resource management. Interesting about this is the relationship between material and immaterial resources. This chapter aims to transfer of the salutogenic findings on the connection of health and resources to businesses.
