Abstract:
Abstract Once again, another awful New Year’s Eve party where one tends to make so many New Year’s resolutions around midnight, while at the same time, the resolutions of the old year haven’t yet been accomplished. So, you sit and worry about how to improve the situation when you’re about to toast all the others and the ball is about to drop at Times Square.
