Abstract: Abstract Based on the methodology of technological economics, a fundamental theoretical system of integration and optimization of CMF resources is constructed, with the objective law of the contradictory relationship between the materials and their flow as well as its development as the study object and logical starting point. On account of the integral properties of the material of commodities (i.e., the substance, value and information), a core theoretical system of goods MF is constructed about the commodity flow, capital flow and information flow, which change separately but also form a complete and indivisible system. In light of the space attributes of the flow of commodities, a sustainable applied theoretical system of CMF is constructed, to explore the operation mechanism of the MF in economic circle, social circle and natural circle which are in both competition and symbiosis, contradiction and adaptation, development and balance with one and another.
