Abstract: Abstract The system of cooperative enterprises has been increasingly complex and become difficult to be accurately described. From a network perspective, this paper tries to apply complex network theories to it. First, this paper builds an evolutionary model with consideration of real features. And through discussions on a number of parameters, this paper draws some practical conclusions.
