Abstract: Abstract With the increasing competition between various transportation modes, it is a trend for the Passenger Dedicated Line enterprise to pay close attention to the relationship with customers and to implement the Customer Relationship Management (CRM). This paper builds a customer classification model for Passenger Dedicated Line based on customer value and conducts empirical researches of customer classification of Beijing-Tianjin Passenger Dedicated Line.
