Abstract: Abstract With the rapid development and the widely use of mobile technology, M-commerce appears in people’s lives and the research on it has gradually become the focus of scholars. Difficulties, such as information sharing, business collaboration and process reengineering, are existing in M-commerce, but the idea of grid management can be a powerful weapon that optimize the process. Based on the problems of traditional M-commerce process, this paper constructed the grid M-commerce process based on the idea of grid management. Through the help of Arena simulation software, we proved that all the convenience, function and safety of process were improved.
