Abstract:
Abstract The Selection of logistics service providers is an important issue in supply chain management. Different evaluation methods may lead to different conclusions, which could cause inconsistent evaluation results. This paper introduces the application of the combined evaluation method based on correlation and a case study of a company. Entropy method, factor analysis, grey colligation evaluation and AHP have been used for research. The result shows that combined evaluation method can eliminate the deviation of different single evaluation methods.
