Abstract: Abstract In this paper, according to the theory of ecology logistic equation, we gave and analyzed the competitive model of logistics enterprises’ customer resources requiring process, and did the system dynamics simulation analysis based on Anylogic software platform, and finally analyzed the enterprises’ customer resources acquiring process in different initial business scale under the influence of different cooperation and competition level. The simulation model and simulation results have been great significant to the research of logistics enterprises’ resources acquiring process; the realization of logistics enterprises’ resource allocation and integration and the enterprises’ strategic decision in reality.
