Abstract: Abstract With the increase of energy demand by this country, it forces the people to look for the new or renewable energy which can substitute for the fossil energy such as coal and oil in order that the low-carbon economy can be realized. The people pay attention to the straw and put forward straw electric power. The people pay only attention to the advantage and output of straw electric power, but the recessive cost is neglected. This paper studied the straw electric power using cost from energy, economical and ecological. The results show that the straw electric power is not a good method for using straw bio-energy. The straw bio-energy could be Rational using by other methods.
