Abstract: Abstract The climate, soil, light and other factors have a great influence on agricultural production. There are many risk factors on crop growth, so some of main parameters are collected during monitoring crop production, and how to identify, obtain and determine the degree of its impact by effective means is an effective means to protect the normal growth of crops. This paper introduces AT command framework having high reliability and scalability and an improved method of Asynchronous serial communication. The actual collection proves that the data receiver structure proposed in this paper can get data highly efficiently and flexibly.
