Abstract: Abstract In this paper, integrated with China railway management practice, we put forward the market-oriented pricing mechanism which railway network in China should adopt, and make a detailed analysis of the influencing factors. Based on these, this paper constructs a market pricing model for the parallel rail lines considering the price offering mechanism and the subsidy mechanism. It also defines the specific application conditions of the model.
