Abstract:
Abstract Many companies have launched Enterprise Resource Planning systems nowadays, however only a few of which have achieved their business goals. The ignorance of ERP implementation risks would be the major reason. This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to examine major risk factors that affect the successfulness of ERP implementation so as to help companies minimize the related risks so as to achieve their competitive advantages.
