Abstract:
Abstract With the global competition is becoming increasingly fierce, outsourcing become a common phenomenon. In this paper we study manufacturers’ outsourcing decision based on the quantity competition that produces alternative products. For the key parts for products, manufacturers select independent production, or outsourcing. If they select the same outsourcing supplier, the final product’s alternative increase, competitions enhance.
