Abstract:
Abstract The information asymmetry between banks and enterprises bring some risks to banks when participate in the logistics and finance business. Based on the fuzzy mathematics theory, this paper sets risk evaluation index system for the pledge risk, financing enterprise credit risk, logistics enterprise risk and regulatory risk, and it can support one or more project risk assessment. Also, this paper indicates the feasibility by an empirical study.
