Chapter 10 in Successful Decision-Making, 2013, pp 119-125 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract In Chapter 10, the last step of the heuristic decision-making procedure is explained. It is Step 7 “Overall evaluation of the options and decision”. For the overall evaluation of the options, two different ways are proposed: The options can either be assessed analytically by applying one or several decision maxims or summarily by considering the main advantages and disadvantages.
