Chapter 12 in Successful Decision-Making, 2013, pp 149-157 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Chapter 12 discusses the decision sequences. First the difference between decisions with sub-problems and decision sequences is made. Then it is shown how to visualise a decision sequence with the help of a decision tree. Next it is explained as to how to find the best option in a decision tree. Finally the decision sequence approach is demonstrated through a concrete example.
