Abstract:
Abstract Chapter 14 deals with collective decisions. First it is explained what a collective decision means and the importance of such decisions is highlighted. Then group goal systems and group behaviour as important boundry conditions of collective decisions are described. Finally rules for making collective decisions are introduced.
