Abstract: Abstract This paper firstly compares the meaning and the general conceptual model of traditional supply chain with those of green supply chain and finds out the green supply chain’s advantages; then it puts forward an evaluation index system of enterprises green degree and builds a multifactor fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of enterprises green degree. Finally, it puts forward some measures to improve enterprises green degree, in order to enhance a whole green level of enterprises and supply chain.
