Abstract: Abstract Arming at the inefficiency in generation of self libraries and gene libraries, it added MI and the frequency of words and improved the auto-update strategy of self libraries and gene libraries. The result of experiments showed that the new algorithm can reduce the false positives rate and at least 10% of the time.
