Abstract: Abstract The urban land market price has always been a hot point in the land science. The high urban land price means high cost of land elements in urban economic development, and then the high urban land price can improve the efficiency of land resources use. As immovable land has spatial heterogeneity inherently, this study uses exploratory spatial data analysis to research the spatial heterogeneity of urban land price. The study finds that: there are significant differences in the market trading price of the national land market activity; there is obvious effect and constraints of the natural environment, economic development and policies, location and resource advantages on the urban land market.
