Abstract: Abstract This paper summarizes the origin and applicable fields of PFI mode, puts forward the viewpoint of applying PFI mode to low-income housing, then, analyses the feasibility of applying PFI mode from perspectives of the government, the private sector and the whole society,finally, gives some useful countermeasures and suggestions about the application of PFI mode in low-income housing.
