Abstract: Abstract In recent years, to reach the goal that everyone has his house, the government pays more attention to the indemnificatory housing and increases the investment in it. All of these contribute to the indemnificatory housing construction and make good effects. However, there are some reasons that result in a great discount for the functions of the indemnificatory housing; the worse is leading to social problems. This paper analyzes the main problems existing in the indemnificatory housing management, introduces the management experience in Singapore and American. According to our country’s present state, the paper proposes some suggestions.
