Abstract: Abstract Troubles existing in the industry of Construction Supervision in China are analyzed. The competition power of the industry is weakened due to the policy of long widely forced CS service procurement. Misapprehensions of the industry’s liabilities extends the professional risks, making loss of excellent HR. Strategy for the improvement thru mechanism reconstruction are issued for the industry’s sustainable development.
