Abstract: Abstract Firstly, logistics costs and logistics cost control are introduced and analyzed, and then for many companies do not know the status of their total logistics costs and how the assessment of the level of integrated logistics costs. Based on the basic principles of fuzzy Mathematics analysis, let’s take the southern China electronics manufacturer as example, the model of the new evaluation of enterprise logistics cost level was put forward. According to the score of the model to the cost of logistics enterprises, the reference of cost score and the level of logistics costs table can tell their own level of logistics costs and each cost level was given the appropriate measures, to provide the basis for the development of logistics cost control policy.
