Abstract This is the phase review process performed at the end of the planning phase. It is a checkpoint to assess the overall plan and implementation proposal and ensure that the project has achieved its stated objectives as planned by refining previously provided answers to the three fundamental questions, which form the basis and the preliminary step of the PDSA model:
