Chapter 32 in Handbook on Continuous Improvement Transformation, 2013, pp 573-588 from Springer
Abstract:
Abstract This chapter is concerned with the project management process necessary to study the project deliverables built over long term. Let recall that implementation of a new “improved process” is about “change in form, quality, or state, over time” from the original “process to be improved.” An important consideration here is the notion of “time.” As we have indicated in the previous chapter, time is the “ether” of change and we judge that change has occurred against the background of time.
