Abstract:
Abstract In the PDSA model, planning the “process improvement” project is indispensable. A credible and robust plan is one of the foundation stones of effective “process improvement” project management. Not only is it a roadmap to how the work will be performed, but it is also a tool for decision making. It suggests alternative approaches, schedules, and resource requirements from which the project manager can select the best alternative. Planning the “process improvement” project is as much an art, which requires prior experience and common sense, as it is an exact science.
