Abstract:
Abstract Contingency tables contain information about the joint distribution of statistical variables. For a large number of classes (for each variable) the resulting n × p frequency matrix can be hard to interpret. Correspondence analysis is a tool for developing simple indices that show us relations between row and column categories.
