Chapter Chapter 61 in The 19th International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, 2013, pp 651-661 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Government plays important role in the evolution of Industrial Ecosystem. To explore the influence of government’s intervention on IE, an evolutionary game model with adjustment parameters, which represent the intervention actions of government, is established, and then is integrated into multi-agent simulation system. The evolution process of the IE is simulated and analyzed by the simulation with different value of adjustment parameters. The results show that the influence can be different according to the level of government’s intervention, and certain level of intervention actions can guarantee the evolution process of IE towards “Eco-efficiency”.
