Abstract: Abstract Dishes sales prediction is vital to Food & beverage Enterprise. Nevertheless determining the sales remains very difficult because there are many factors that may influence the Dishes sales. A novel time series forecasting model is established by evolving and clustering decision tree. This forecasting model integrates decision tree algorithms (DT) and genetic algorithms (CA) to construct a sales predictions system based on historical data and the most optimized decision tree. The example analysis and calculation result shows that the proposed GADT model is feasible and effective.
