Abstract: Abstract The coordinated development of product innovation and process innovation is an important factor for enterprise’ technology innovation success. In this work, a systematic dynamic model is proposed to explore the correlation between product innovation and process innovation. The model is based on system dynamics theory and methodology. In the case study, experimental analysis of JY Kinetics Co Ltd. has been carried out with the proposed model. The results show that the model is able to analyze the correlation between product innovation and process innovation. It is useful for enterprises to develop technology innovation strategies and promote its implementations.
