Abstract: Abstract The cost of making decision in enterprise differs when they have different decision mechanism. So decision mechanism choosing is very important. A model for calculating the cost of projectized organization is designed in this article with the parameters of the organization information and the relationship among projects. The cost of projectized organization is analyzed under different decision mechanism, on the base of which some tactic is advanced for projectized organization to choose decision mechanism.
