Chapter Chapter 102 in The 19th International Conference on Industrial Engineering and Engineering Management, 2013, pp 969-978 from Springer

Abstract: Abstract Based on literature review, this study proposed a scale of user experience measurement of location-based service applications. The scale is validated empirically using 363 valid samples by questionnaire and online survey, making use of SPSS 18.0 software. The final scale is consisted of 39 items under five dimensions, useful, ease of use, efficiency, creditable, satisfaction. With this scale, we will have a better knowledge of user experience and then strive to improve it.
