Abstract: Abstract This article analyses the basic internationalization engineering personnel training needs, summarizes the current training situation, put forward notions of cultivating engineering professionals in the present circumstances to adapt to the internationalized education, and discuss the ways to better train industrial engineering students who can meet the internationalization requirements.
