Abstract: Abstract As dynamic and main force of domestic market, small and medium-sized enterprises keep stimulating the development of economy. As a result, the quality and level of growth of SMEs determine the overall development of national economy. The innovation capability guarantees core competence of enterprise and is an important basis of upgrading national competitiveness. Based on the theory of collaborative innovation, this article explores establishing co-innovation of small and medium-sized enterprises, so as to bring up its innovation capability, and will contribute to a rapid and sound development of national economy.
